I have worked in Digital and Business transformation for over 14 years, working primarily in Local Government before joining Capita in 2015. I have undertaken a number of senior roles in IT, customer services and transformation and have expertise in leading mutli-disciplined teams of specialists in delivering innovative solutions that improve user experience and positively impact the end user.
I have successfully led large scale transformation programmes with a focus on people, processes and technology within the public sector for the last 10 years and have experience in delivering innovative change that really works in an operational environment.
Having worked in or with Local Government for many years I have a passion for delivering easy access to services and information for both residents and businesses.
I currently head up the Digital Customer Experience team in Capita Local Government focusing on improving customer experience and driving efficiencies for our clients.
