Sim Scavazza

Deputy Chair, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board

Sim was Acting Chair of the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care Board (ICB) for 18 months. She is also a NED at Imperial College Healthcare Trust and London North
West Hospital Trust which form part of the North West London Acute Provider Collaborative where she Chairs the People Committee.

Sim became Chair of the Seacole Group in 2024, the membership organisation for ethnic minority Non Executive Directors in the NHS.

In keeping with her keen interest in Higher Education, Sim is also Chair of the Ombuds the OIA, Office of the Independent Adjudicator for student complaints in England and Wales.

A strong supporter of the Arts and social inclusion, Sim is a Trustee for two UK registered charities: the National Saturday Club and Smartworks and is an ambassador for the UAL, University of the Arts London where she was formerly Deputy Chair and a Governor for 11 years.

Sim’s commercial background is in Fashion Clothing Retail, where she spent 30 years working for some go the Uk’s best loved High Street brands including as Managing Director for the young fashion chain Miss Selfridge.

Sim is a Fellow of the RSA and a registered Mental Health First Aid
