Nick Kennell

Nick is a Partner at Gate One and leads our public sector and team. He is an experienced strategic advisor and transformation leader and works with Board and Executive teams to understand and articulate their ambitions and mobilise the action achieve them.  

Nick has more than 20 years’ experience in public service delivery and he has led numerous strategic engagements across local authorities, hospitals, commissioners, regulators, Whitehall departments and non-departmental public bodies. 

Nick’s particular areas of expertise are in system-working across organisations, helping to develop integrated strategies for local populations and their needs. This includes work in health strategies, workforce planning, children’s social care, and criminal justice. He is passionate about helping leaders work together across organisations to deliver meaningful changes for their local citizens.
