Jon Ainger
Director, IMPOWERPrior to IMPOWER, Jon worked in a range of public policy and strategy consulting roles, with a consistent focus on public service reform. After six months on secondment at the Cabinet Office, Jon joined IMPOWER at its inception in September 2000 and has spent the past 20 years working to build innovative approaches to solving complex public sector challenges. Jon has pioneered our work on demand management, applied behavioural science and codified our unique approach to delivering change in complex systems – EDGEWORK. Jon continues to work every day with clients, and on pushing IMPOWER to find new ways to help those clients improve and become more resilient.
