Helen Langley is a senior lead for residential decarbonisation in Dudley, driving the borough’s transition toward net zero. She has successfully managed and delivered a series of large scale retrofit and energy efficiency programmes, including LAD2 and the Community BEES Net Zero Neighbourhood project in Brockmoor, an innovative, place‑based initiative recognised for its community centred approach. Helen brings a strategic focus to decarbonising homes across the residential sector, embedding innovation, partnership working and long‑term planning to help Dudley meet its net zero ambitions.
